Andrea Serbonich MS, ACC (she/her) is an Organizational & Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach dedicated to driving measurable leadership and performance improvements. She provides targeted 1:1s, team, and group coaching to develop impactful leaders and high-performing teams.

Leveraging over a decade of organizational consulting, Andrea specializes in conducting needs and gap analyses, designing leadership frameworks and delivering interactive workshops. As the architect of 50+ global hybrid and remote development programs, she empowers organizations to enhance leader effectiveness, foster engagement, and build a strong pipeline of emerging leaders. By cultivating resilience, performance, and wellbeing, her clients have experienced better morale, improved engagement, and growth in their organization.

She was awarded the 2024 EZRA Coaching Fellow where she revamped the coaching platform’s Leadership Development framework used by global, enterprise level clients to develop their organizations’ leaders. Andrea’s research on leadership, coaching and technology has been published with ICF’s Thought Leadership Institute.
