EZRA Coaching, an enterprise level digital coaching platform delivering coaching, behavior change science, and technology to global organizations

Context:

Update their current leadership development framework to include future competencies and skills in order to stay relevant to their clients’ needs and maintain a competitive advantage in the enterprise-level coaching marketplace.

Action:

Conducted interviews with ten senior leaders in talent acquisition and learning & development across various sectors including finance, biotechnology, government, and technology.

Key Result:

Delivered a report on future competencies and skills leaders will need to be successful. Report was used to revamp their current leadership development framework and utilized by EZRA Coaching’s clients for enterprise level coaching.
