The Global Pandemic
Client:
During my tenure at HealthKick as the Director of Programs and Engagement, I worked with a organizations across a variety of different sectors including tech, finance, retail, hospitality, and professional services. Clients included BCG, Chanel, SH Group, Pillsbury Law, American Eagle Outfitters, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Edelman Financial Engines, Tradeweb, Farallon Capital, and Berdon LLP.
Context:
Once the pandemic hit and companies went fully remote, I needed to pivot quickly from on-site to virtual programs to support HealthKick’s global clients during the pandemic that engaged and connected remote workforces, creating new ways to work, and establishing the future workplace.
Action:
Developed 50+ programs and experiences leveraging technology. Partnered with Heads of Benefits & Total Rewards, DEI, L&D, ERGs, Affinity Groups, Culture Committees, and Wellbeing Ambassadors to increase engagement & connection by delivering virtual experiences.
Key Result:
Supported employees in diverse situations while working remote during a global pandemic. 90% of HealthKick’s clients were utilizing our consulting & virtual programming services and business revenue increased by 60%, adding value to our client relationships. I also led clients through the pivot back to office and hybrid work when organizations were ready to go back to the office and adapt to a flex or hybrid model.
